4. Contact our Helpline team to Replace/Return your product within 10 days.

5. Once the order confirmed , replacement or personalization won’t be allowed.

6. Modifications are not allowed after shipping your product ( For Personalized gifts/craft items).

7. If pickup service will not available at your area, then you have to do self ship of your damage product.

8. You must share self shipping courier receipt with us to claim courier amount.
